At Momento Photobooks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund or exchange on all unworn fashion items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original invoice is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
